The garden Board of Directors consists of a combination of undergraduate students, graduate students, and UVic staff or faculty, who help garden staff to manage garden operations, events, and future plans! Directors meet on Wednesdays every other week.
There are opportunities within the board to take a leadership role with various facets of the garden, like finances and budgeting, event organizing, facilitating workshops, collaborating with other clubs and groups, volunteer management, and more - we're always open to ideas! Board meetings are usually an hour or less, and look like this:
